Last couple of days have been really blah - nothing was really worth writing about. Work's been crazy, but I've only had limited involvement in the craziness because I don't know enough to help out with SQL queries or anything like that. Life's been pretty boring.
I haven't had much motivation to write anything the last couple of days - no journal entries, no work on Futch chapter 1, no work on Bright chapter 1... no nothing. I hope I get out of this funk soon. ~_~

Well, I've got air conditioning now. Jen and her father took me to Home Depot, picked up a nice 8,000 BTU Maytag. And it's got a remote. ^_^;; I have no clue why an air conditioner needs a remote control, but I've got one. It's been added to the pile of other remotes, giving me a total of 4.
In other news... well, there is none. Except that I invented "dragon chess" for my writings as Futch. Sort of like how wizard's chess is based on chess in the Harry Potter universe, but played on a 10x10 board with a total of 20 pieces and a couple of nifty rules variants. Oh, and the pieces have different names too - like, the queen becomes the clutching dragon. I wonder if I should actually try putting together a game like this in real life. I guess the problem is that it uses 20 playing pieces as opposed to chess' 16. Not really sure where I could get the other pieces from, unless I bought two regular chess sets. ^_^;;;
