Eh... I swear that at one point in the Pretty Sammy OAVs, Sasami's mother Chihiro (voiced by Rika Matsumoto, which makes her even cooler) actually says "karaoke-chan" when referring to her singing career. I have no idea why I decided to use that as the basis for the title of this post, aside from the fact that I rather like her favorite song in the dub - Your Hiroshi.

As for the accomplishment: I am now prepared to make even more of a fool out of myself at the next karaoke event I go to. I have finished romanizing lyrics to another one of my forbidden songs (forbidden in the sense that there's no reason I should even want to sing them) - Mezase! Ichiban!!, the opening theme to one of the Knights of Lamune series, which is sung by Takeshi Kusao.

Next song to make a fool of myself with, provided I can't find out where the heck Takeshi Kusao's Purely Righteous Kabutack comes from... one of the vocals that Fumihiko Tachiki did for the Playstation game Atelier Elie. I don't know which one yet, but one of them. I simply *have* to know a song that features Gendo Ikari singing opera-style. And I think I have a chance at actually pulling off singing it well...

Oh, and may Stephen Ratliff be damned to wherever the Hell for Writers of Abominable Fanfiction is. 'Cause I want to meet him. *evil grin*
