Damn my iPod and it's timing. It's giving me brain hurricanes that leave my sanity looking like the French Quarter.
Yes, today resulted in the FF4/Utena crossover, ladies and gentlemen. *bows* Thank you, thank you. I suppose it's a minor miracle it's taken this long... but then again, there's not much of any actual crossover material there. So, the catch is the ending wedding scene between Cecil and Rosa, and the iPod flicking to "Arigatou wo" from the Utena musical. BAM! And let me tell you, picturing FF4 Cid in a Chu-Chu costume is not healthy.
(P.S. - You're welcome. *evil grin*)
And then, from there, my brain tried figuring out a cast for an animated version of the game. By the time they paid off the voice actors, the only animation they'd be able to afford would be a video transfer of someone playing the game in the background. Megumi Hayashibara, Megumi Ogata, Seki Tomokazu, Souichiro Hoshi, Fumihiko Tachiki... and more. Could you imagine?
