After
arcthelad00 took a shot at troubleshooting my PC earlier, we determined it was the motherboard. So, I'm still going to try to use the warranty on the current one, but we went to Fry's and I bought a new abit AN-M2 so I can have a working computer again. It involved SATA converters for my drives too, but what the heck. If I do get a replacement via warranty on my MSI board, we have a spare motherboard at least.
Patrick is now attempting to put the PC together.
Hopefully the differing chipsets won't screw anything up, but I'm completely willing to re-install everything after I grab my important data off the C:/ drive.

Well... the computer is functional. But not completely.
Either the old motherboard went and fried the graphics card as it did, or the graphics card went first and took out the motherboard. Oh well.
I have no audio in this PC just yet... so I think I'll be doing a complete re-install of Windows starting sometime tomorrow, after I get my important info off of my C:/ drive.
But it is, at least, working again.
