Last night was a great night. ^_^

arcthelad00 and kujo_hikaru took me out to dinner at Wildfire for my birthday, and some pretty darn good steak was had by all. And then after throwing me completely off by saying he was getting me a new video card (since the last one went kaplooey), Patrick handed me this rather small box, certainly too small for one of those.

When I opened it up, it was a new 80GB iPod Classic from him, Joe and Jen. THANK YOU!!!!

Now I can catch up on all the fansubs I want to watch and stuff while on the train! The first trick will be figuring out what to watch first.

I also played a bit of FFIII on the DS before we went to dinner yesterday... and I have to say, it's *very* strange being able to point, click, and drag a character through a dungeon and town.

And then Jen bought me some WiiPoints, too, and I started off by downloading The Legend of Kage and Solomon's Key from the NES days. Go go classic games that make me feel old! lol

I guess today I'm going to take a look at NewEgg and see what they've got in terms of video cards. ^_^;;;

Oh, iTunes. I love ya, but then I don't. Because OMG did you make an absolute mess of my music when I was importing all of my CDs again. I've been sorting things out for like 3 hours this morning, and have a long way to go yet. And then, when I'm done, I get to go through Jen's music folders to see what I need from there to complete my listen-able collection.
